1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oulo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Oulo provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation solution. The Service allows users to automate responses to WhatsApp messages using Artificial Intelligence. This includes processing both text and voice notes, detecting and registering customer orders into your dashboard, and intelligently handing over the conversation to a human agent when necessary. You connect your WhatsApp account seamlessly by scanning a QR code directly from your dashboard, retaining full self-service control over the connection, though our technical support team is available if you encounter any difficulties.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plan

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at a fixed rate of $35 USD per month.

4.2 Token Usage

In addition to the monthly subscription, the Service operates on a usage-based "Token" system:

Additional tokens can be purchased at a rate of $4 USD per 1,000 tokens.
Text Responses: Consumes 1 token per message.
Voice Responses: Consumes 1 token per voice message processed.

Token usage is calculated based on the complexity and length of the AI processing required.

4.3 Service Dependencies

Subscription Requirement: An active monthly subscription is required to access the Service and utilize tokens. Tokens cannot be used without an active subscription.
Token Requirement: The AI automation features require a positive token balance. If your token balance reaches zero, the Service will pause AI responses, even if you have an active monthly subscription, until more tokens are purchased.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free trial that includes 100 free tokens upon registration. This allows you to test the Service's functionality before committing to a paid subscription.

6. Cancellation, Termination, and Data Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

6.1 Data Deletion and Export Policy

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or if your free trial ends and you do not upgrade to a paid plan, please be aware of the following regarding your data:

Data Portability: You can export your order data (e.g. to Excel/CSV) at any point while your subscription or trial is active.
Data Removal: All data associated with your account, including but not limited to uploaded files, order history, and message logs, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Account Retention: Your account registration (login credentials) will remain active, allowing you to resubscribe in the future. However, previous data will not be recoverable upon resubscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive. Oulo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
